Our Story

The Team Behind BASELOGIX

BASELOGIX was born from a simple frustration: businesses were paying enterprise prices for generic software — or settling for cheap solutions that created more problems than they solved.

Our founding team spent years inside tech companies, agencies, and startups — shipping software at Google, Stripe, and fast-growing SaaS companies across North America. We've seen what separates software that lasts from software that fails, and we built BASELOGIX to be the firm we always wished existed.

Formally incorporated in Cheyenne, Wyoming in April 2026, BASELOGIX hit the ground running — bringing together our collective portfolio of enterprise deployments, e-commerce platforms, and mission-critical systems to serve a new generation of ambitious clients.

We're a lean, senior team. No junior developers handed off your work. Every project is led by someone who's shipped production software at scale. We move fast, communicate clearly, and build things that don't break.

From early careers in enterprise tech to building the company we always wanted — here's how we got here.

2013 – 2017

Enterprise Roots

Laura and Marcus begin their careers at large technology companies — Laura in enterprise software product management, Marcus in backend infrastructure engineering. Both develop deep expertise in high-stakes, high-scale production systems.

2018 – 2020

Startup Phase

The founding team moves into fast-growth startup environments. Laura leads engineering at a Series B logistics SaaS; Marcus architects the data pipeline infrastructure for a fintech platform processing $500M annually. Priya joins as their design partner on multiple B2B product launches.

Agency & Consulting Experience

Team members consult independently and through boutique agencies — building custom e-commerce platforms, healthcare systems, and mobile applications for clients across North America and Europe. James joins, bringing cloud architecture expertise from major financial services clients.

Pre-Launch: The Blueprint

The core team begins building together under a shared operating agreement, refining processes, tech stack standards, and client delivery frameworks. The goal: a software firm that operates with the discipline of an enterprise and the speed of a startup. Several anchor clients are onboarded and early work begins.

BASELOGIX LLC is formally incorporated in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The company launches with a clear thesis: senior-only teams, transparent process, and software that outlasts the engagement. We're not building a body shop — we're building the firm that raises the standard.

Wyoming LLC — Certificate of Organization Issued

Filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State, April 14, 2026. BASELOGIX is built for longevity — a Wyoming LLC structure offering legal flexibility and operational efficiency as we grow.

May 2026 — Now

Open for Business

BASELOGIX.io is live. Our first formal client engagements are underway — including a custom e-commerce rebuild and an enterprise API integration project. We're actively accepting new project inquiries and building the team that will define the next decade of this company.
